We start with a morning round-up to share our intentions for the run\, but note that we don’t always finish together\, as participants are running varying distances. Afterward\, we gather for coffee\, usually about 1 to 1.5 hours after the run begins. The coffee meet-up location is announced on social media or at the run. \nPlease note: there are no water stops or signage provided. The focus on Sundays is to connect with others for accountability and shared experiences\, no matter your fitness level.
