We’ll provide paint pens\, drawing supplies\, soil\, seeds\, and intention tags. This is a relaxed\, social 5k run/walk focused on moving together\, not speed. No TRAFFIC IS STOPPED. \nWhat pot should I bring?Bring a small plant pot (about 4–6 inches works great). Ceramic\, terracotta\, plastic — anything you’d like to decorate. \nWhat if I forget a pot?No stress. You’re still welcome to join the run\, brunch\, and activity — decorating and planting is optional. \nWhat supplies are provided?We’ll provide paint pens\, drawing supplies\, soil\, seeds (herbs or flowers)\, and intention tags. \nIs this event beginner-friendly?Absolutely. Walkers\, runners\, first-timers\, and seasoned runners are all welcome. \nWhat should I bring?Your pot\, running shoes\, comfy clothes you don’t mind getting a little paint on\, and a refillable water bottle. \nIs brunch included?Yes!
