Social Running meets every Wednesday for community and movement.
Running with us on Wednesdays is about being active and building connections with others. Please note that no water stop or signage is provided. The goal on Wednesdays is to promote active lifestyles, no matter your fitness level.. run, walk, or stroll!

BRING: Refillable water bottle, wear weather appropriate gear and headlamps in the winter.

DETAILS:
This is a follow-the-leader grassroots run, walk or stroll. No route markings or water stops provided. Everyone is welcome. Out and back route.
This can be a rain or shine event, however you are responsible for your own physical and personal well-being & limitations. Please check our Facebook or Instagram page for last minute cancellations.
Please complete this waiver FORM if you are attending a Wednesday Social Run in 2024 and to stay up to date with updates and community pop-up runs.

Celebrate National Run Day with a 5k social run that starts and finishes at Martin House Brewing!
This event is an untimed, social 5k, open for all level runners/walkers. National Run Day is sponsored by Fort Worth Running Company. Focus on your fit with professional knowledge and premium products!
When: National Run Day – Wednesday, June 5th

Time: Wednesday 630PM (Run Starts promptly at 630PM)
Includes: 5k race (untimed), Gender specific, Cotton, Event Tank top, Martin House Beers and Pint Glass
Run Club Contest: Don’t forget to include your run club’s name when you register – there’s a special prize for the largest team! Also, if your team has 6 or more members, you can reserve a spot to set up a tent at the event!

Get your holiday cheer on at our Christmas Tree Holiday Run in Sundance Square! Kicking off at Paco’s Mexican Cuisine, we’ll wrap up the run with tacos and margaritas. Let’s make it a jolly good time!
Meet: Paco’s Mexican Cuisine – Sundance Square
Time: 6:30PM (group photo at 6:45PM)
Distance: Any Distance! Most will run up to 3 miles (Food & Drink ready at 7:00PM)
Cost: $17 (Ticket sales end on Tuesday, December 12 at 10PM)
Includes: Social Run/Walk (no course markings, Strava route will be shared), Margarita, Taco and extended happy hour prices afterwards.
Bring: Sweater/Blanket for post run mingling – small designated spot inside but most will be on outside patio
