DESCRIPTION:Social Running meets every Sunday  for longer distances\, depending on races we are training for.\nWe start with a morning round-up to share our intentions for our run but do not always finish together since many are going varying distances. We meet-up for coffee after the run\, usually an hour to 1.5 after the run start time. Location for coffee meet-up is announced on social or at the run! Please note that no water stop or signage is provided. The goal on Sunday’s is to connect with others for accountability and sharing experiences\, no matter your fitness level.
