Join Us for Sunday Miles + Patio Vibes

Social Running meets every Sunday for longer-distance runs, tailored to whatever races we’re training for. We kick things off with a quick morning round-up to set intentions for the day, then hit the trail — everyone moves at their own pace and distance, so we may not all finish together.

This week, stick around after the run for a casual patio meet-up at Marche Bleu at The Shops at Clearfork. We will be kicking off Dallas Marathon/Fall Training season with an open mic, sharing experiences and knowledge on all things running and racing.

The focus on Sundays is to connect with others for accountability and shared experiences, no matter your fitness level. We recommend joining us on Wednesdays before attending a Sunday run for the best experience!

We start running at 6:40 AM @thetrailheadfw

SCHEDULE

• 6:30 AM – Morning Round-up
• 6:40 AM – Starter Photo & Social Run/Walk Starts
• 8:30 AM – Marche Bleu post run coffee hang – enjoy 40% off coffee + bar items

DETAILS: Recommended Strava Routes:

• 6.5 miles – Overton Park Route
• 6 miles – Trinity River Loop
• 9.5 miles – Colonial Route
• 13.8 miles – Overton + Reverse Colonial

This is a follow-the-leader grassroots run, walk, or stroll—no route markings or water stops provided. Everyone is welcome! Be sure to wear reflectors, headlamps, and, of course, your Social Running gear.
