At Social Running Club, we meet up for community runs on Wednesdays and Sundays. Every run is free and open to all levels — whether you’re walking, jogging, or training hard.

Wednesdays: Move With Us

All movement matters.
This is our midweek reset. Most of us are on the trail for about 40 minutes or 4 miles — but it’s totally up to you. We start and finish together.
Walk, run, or both — this is a great place to connect and get moving, no matter your pace.

Sundays: Grow With Us

Social miles with training in mind.
Sundays are for building endurance and showing up for yourself and each other.
Most of us run at least 6 miles or 1 hour, but distances vary depending on your goals. This is a great space if you’re training, returning to routine, or just need accountability with good people.

Run & Brunch Series: Connect Over Miles + Meals

Community doesn’t end at the finish line.
Our Run & Brunch series is all about connection — shared miles followed by shared plates.
These 5K runs are hosted in partnership with local restaurants across Fort Worth to bring people together and explore different parts of our city — one table and one trail at a time.
