Sunday Training Run + Shop at Mod & Jo on 12-07-25
Social Running meets every Sunday for longer distances, tailored to the races we’re training for. We start with a morning round up to share our intentions for the run, and while we begin together, we do not always finish together, as everyone is running the distance that supports their goals.
Please note that this Sunday’s training run still starts at The Trailhead at Clearfork. After the run, join us at Mod & Jo for a private shop experience with an exclusive 20 percent discount. It is the perfect way to recover, connect, and support a local brand we love.
Sundays are all about accountability, shared experiences, and finding your people on the trail, no matter your fitness level. For the best experience, we recommend joining us on Wednesdays before attending a Sunday run so you can get to know the flow and meet your pace crew.
We start running at 7:10AM @thetrailheadfw
SCHEDULE
- 7:00AM – Morning Round-up at The Trailhead at Clearfork
- 7:10AM – Starter Photo & Social Run/Walk Starts
- 10:00AM –Join us at Mod + Jo at WestBend Fort Worth for a private shopping experience and 20% off.
DETAILS: Recommended Strava Routes:
- 6.5 miles – Overton Park Route
- 6 miles – Trinity River Loop
- 9.5 miles – Colonial Route
- 13.8 miles – Overton + Reverse Colonial
This is a follow-the-leader grassroots run, walk, or stroll—no route markings or water stops provided. Everyone is welcome! Be sure to wear reflectors, headlamps, and, of course, your Social Running gear.
This event is rain or shine. However, you’re responsible for your own physical well-being and limitations. Please check our Facebook or Instagram for last-minute cancellations.
