Join us for a Post-Cowtown Recovery Morning, hosted by Social Running Club in collaboration with Glad Run Club, designed to help you reset, reconnect, and move gently after race weekend.
This morning is all about taking care of your body and easing back into movement — with guided stretching, an easy recovery run or walk, and time to hang out together on one of the most beautiful segments of the Trinity Trails.

Forged Fitness
Schedule:
- 8:00–8:20 AM — Guided stretch + recovery work
- 8:20–9:00 AM — Easy recovery run or walk on the Trinity Trails
- 9:00–10:00 AM — Coffee pop-up (available for purchase)
What to expect:
- Post-race recovery focused on mobility and movement
- Easy, no-pressure miles to shake things out
- Time to connect with friends old and new
- A relaxed, supportive space to close out Cowtown weekend together
Whether you raced, cheered, or are simply ready to move again, this morning is about recovery, connection, and showing your body a little love.
